Look out ladies, Grandmaster B is back on the market.

Actor David Faustino, aka Bud Bundy from the classic TV show, “Married with Children,” is pulling the plug on his marriage to Andrea Elmer, and he’s asking the judge to make sure she doesn’t get any of his stuff.

In the divorce papers obtained by TMZ, Faustino asks for “all property acquired during the marriage … be kept as his sole and separate property.” Faustino blames the split on “irreconcilable differences.”

The couple, who married in 2003 at the famous Little White Chapel of the West in Las Vegas, separated in May of last year. They have no children.

Look out, world – Britney’s single again. And the guy who dumped her, Isaac Cohen, says she’s been “a bit much” for his taste.

Britney got the bad news Sunday night, reports OK!, while she was in New York and Isaac was in L.A., — over the phone. The pair had been together since mid-December, and Isaac was Britney’s first boy since she split from Kevin Federline on November 7. According to a friend, Isaac has been “looking to get out” for some time, because it was “a bit much for him … it was too much of a whirlwind.”

And now, speculates the mag, Isaac will resume his utterly anonymous existence, “riding his dirt bike” and focusing on “his career.” As for Britney, it’s back into the fishbowl for another catch.

That sex tape starring Kim Kardashian, sometime BFF of Paris HIlton, definitely exists, and now it’s about to be unleashed on DVD.

Vivid Entertainment will announce this morning, according to AVN.com, that they have obtained the tape and have come to an agreement with the parties involved to market and sell it. As TMZ first reported, the sex tape, made by Kim’s ex-boyfriend Ray J (brother of Brandy), features certain explicit water sports as well as other raunchy activities.

Page Six is reporting that the DVD will be entitled “Kim Kardashian Superstar” and will be in stores by February 28, with additional footage on kimksuperstar.com. Kardashian tells TMZ that she was blindsided by the sale of the tape.

TMZ has obtained exclusive photos of voluptuous Kim Kardashian in her hot new ad campaign as spokesmodel for Christopher Brian apparel, a new line from hip-hop impresario Christopher B. Stokes. The photos feature a topless Kim wearing the jeans.

TMZ was first to report that Kim is featured in an explicit sex tape featuring her with Ray J (brother of singer Brandy) — that is rumored to be on the market to top porn companies.

Kardashian told us that she met with her attorney, and is gearing up to fight the release of the tape. Kim, BFF to Paris Hilton, apparently doesn’t want to follow in all of the celebutante’s high-heeled footsteps.

Charlize Theron has been sued by Swiss watchmaker Raymond Weil for breach of contract. The company claims that the actress broke her contractual obligation to wear only Weil watches in public. The suit was filed in New York County Court today.

Oscar-winner Theron signed on to be the worldwide spokesperson for the venerable watchmaker back in 2005. “Charlize is the perfect Ambassador for our timepieces,” said Olivier Bernheim, Raymond Weil’s CEO at the time. Theron also works as a spokesmodel for Dior fragrances.

Reps for Theron and Weil could not be reached for comment.

Ryan O’Neal says that it was his son Griffin who instigated the incident that led to Ryan’s arrest on suspicion of assault early Saturday morning, as first reported by TMZ. In a statement to TMZ issued by O’Neal’s rep, Ryan accuses Griffin of “wildly swinging a fireplace poker” at him, an action that allegedly caused an injury to Griffin’s pregnant girlfriend.

O’Neal adds further details in an interview with the Los Angeles Times. He charges that his son grazed him “four or five times” with the fireplace poker and that when he ducked to avoid the swinging weapon, Griffin “hit his own girlfriend in the head.” O’Neal adds that he got “nervous” because of the woman’s pregnancy. “I fled to my room,” he says, “and I got my gun.” When Griffin pursued him anew, says Ryan, he fired his gun “into the banister” which scared Griffin into fleeing.

Ryan O’Neal’s rep Neil Hassman tells TMZ this morning that Ryan is “back at work” on FOX’s “Bones” today and is “extremely sad and upset that this happened. Ryan was acting from a purely DEFENSIVE posture, but that doesn’t change the fact that he and his son had a terrible falling out.” Neither Griffin nor his girlfriend could be reached for comment.

Father and son O’Neal have tussled before: In 1983, Ryan knocked out two of Griffin’s teeth in an altercation. Police were called but no charges filed. Griffin O’Neal was found guilty of reckless boating for his part in the death of Gian-Carlo Coppola, the son of Francis Ford Coppola. He also pleaded no contest to drunk driving in 1989 and no contest in 1992 to charges that he shot at his then-estranged girlfriend’s empty car.

Jennifer Aniston premiered her new short film at the Santa Barbara International Film Festival yesterday. It was the first public event for Aniston since she underwent rhinoplasty to fix a deviated septum

The flick, “Room 10,” marks Aniston’s directorial debut. It’s about a nurse who gains perspective on her marital problems while caring for a dying patient.

As for the work Jen had done, sources told TMZ that Jen was furious when the doctor who did it blabbed to Us Weekly (her rep denies it). Jen came out on top though, telling People.com that fixing her out of joint nose was the “best thing I ever did.” So there.
