The stakes in the Candy Spelling – Tori Spelling war just got a lot higher. The buzz in Beverly Hills real estate offices is that Candy Spelling has unloaded her 56,000 square-foot Holmby Hills mansion for a cool $130 million, and that the new buyer is an Arab prince.

The cash flow influx would likely fan the flames in the ever-escalating feud. Several well-connected Beverly Hills realtors and a prominent socialite tell TMZ about the swirl of conversation on Wednesday. The inside word is that, as TMZ first reported and as Candy’s reps denied, Aaron’s widow gave an upscale real estate company a “pocket listing” on the mansion and that her asking price was $150 million.

Now, the buzz is that Candy will quietly walk away with a boatload of cash, which will surely irk the soon-to-be cash-poor Tori. Candy Spelling’s rep told TMZ, “It is not true, and she is not selling the house to whoever you have mentioned for the price you have mentioned.”

The “90210″ star was all but disinherited by her father, as she recently discovered in papers Aaron Spelling signed four months before his death. Tori reportedly will get less than $1 million – a pittance compared to his vast half-billion-dollar estate.

Tori and Candy have been at war with each other for months, clawing it out in the tabloids and elsewhere. And last Sunday, the pair were both present at last Sunday’s Emmys, but even the occasion of an emotional tribute to Aaron could not move the mother and daughter any closer to a détente.

After emerging from an LA area tanning salon, the singer was spotted rocking a devilish tank top with the phrase “Sun Your Buns In Hell” printed across the chest. It’s fair to point out that in her VMA nominated video, “Stupid Girls,” she hypocritically pokes fun at girls that get sunless tans. Guess that’s one topic a little too hot for t-shirts.

 It’s been a bad week for Lindsay Lohan. First she went home “dehydrated” from the set of her new film “Georgia Rule.” Then the head of the film’s production company sent her a letter chastising her for what he called her “discourteous, irresponsible and unprofessional” behavior and her poor attendance record on the set. Now La Lohan has been summoned to be questioned in her mom Dina’s court battle over a music deal.

Dina Lohan is being sued for fraud after signing her daughter to a record deal with producers Antonio Almeida and Mitchell Chait. Almeida and Chait claim that in 2002 and 2003 they helped Lindsay cut half of the tracks of her album “Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen.” The suit alleges tens of thousands of dollars were given to Lohan, but the star jumped ship and recorded the album with music mogul Tommy Mottola instead, leaving them high and dry.

Lindsay has now been subpoenaed to testify in this case, according to documents filed today in Los Angeles County Superior Court.

The Vegas duo is asking Lohan to be present at law offices of Costa, Abrams, and Coate LLP in Los Angeles on August 29, 2006, for an oral deposition.
